  • Skills and Competencies
  • Experience using, developing, or supporting complex technology solutions, ideally within a client‑facing or service environment
  • Superb analytical skills with persistence in problem solving and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues accurately
  • Strong client‑focused mindset, with the drive and enthusiasm to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Highly organized and autonomous, with the ability to multi‑task effectively and manage competing priorities
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within an international team and present solutions clearly
  • Basic knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and French language skills are considered an advantage, but are not essential for the role

Education

  • Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or a similar discipline with strong interest in financial risk and regulatory environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in depth knowledge of Moody’s Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance products to provide expert guidance on product features and functionality
  • Provide detailed advice and assistance to clients on the use of complex financial software applications
  • Accurately troubleshoot and investigate complex client issues, responding in a courteous, professional, accurate, and timely manner
  • Maintain ownership of client interactions while managing and escalating requests appropriately to ensure effective resolution
  • Identify, capture, and communicate client feedback on product features, functionality, and technical architecture to Product Management teams
  • Partner with global Product Managers and subject matter experts to support continuous product improvement
  • Participate in internal projects and contribute to team initiatives following completion of the initial training program
  • Continuously enhance product and domain expertise through on the job learning and ongoing development
