We are seeking an experienced full-stack software engineer to join our team and help turn ambiguous problems into working code quickly and efficiently. You will work across our data pipeline, front-end features, and back-end API, contributing to all aspects of our product.

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines (approximately 50% of your time)
• Build and enhance front-end features (approximately 40% of your time)
• Support and improve back-end APIs (approximately 10% of your time)
• Take ownership of problems, propose solutions, and implement them independently
• Balance speed and quality, delivering reasonable solutions quickly and refactoring as needed
• Work effectively with ambiguous requirements and minimal direction
• Deploy your own code and handle both front-end and back-end tasks

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a software engineer
• Are self-directed and proactive in identifying and solving problems
• Work quickly and pragmatically, knowing when to build fast and when to build right
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and can deliver solutions with minimal specs
• Are full stack capable, strong in either Python or React and competent in the other
• Have experience with Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, Argo Workflows, and Kubernetes/Docker/Helm

Nice to have:

• Cybersecurity domain knowledge
• Experience with data pipelines (Spark, Airflow, or similar)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Previous startup experience or interest in working at a startup

• Prefer structured tickets and sprint ceremonies
• Are uncomfortable deploying your own code
• Want to focus only on one part of the stack
