We are on the lookout for a Senior Finance Analyst

 to join the International Finance team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.  

Be part of the team ensuring Delivery Hero’s financial stability and growth. In the Finance & Investor Relations Team, you’ll provide the insights and analysis that guide our business decisions, helping us meet our financial goals and earn investor confidence. From reporting to strategic planning, your work will have a direct impact on Delivery Hero’s ability to innovate, expand, and deliver outstanding experiences to our customers.

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring processes, ensuring data quality and integrity across various systems and tools.

• Perform analysis on forecast/budget and actuals to provide insights on FP&A reporting deliverables.

• Understand and analyze related trends (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and non-financials KPIs).

• Serve as the finance business partner to the Local, Regional, and Global team (i.e., on-demand analyses, investment proposals, finance for non-finance training, etc.).

• Support the month-end close activities under IFRS and local GAAP.

• Collaborate with Treasury on countries' funding, Liquidity, and cash flow management.

• Partner with business teams to ensure compliance with relevant legal standards, government regulations, contractual requirements, and Group policies i.e. maintain compliance procedures.

• Provide support to the local teams during tax and other relevant audits.

• Collaborate with International Finance colleagues to drive best practices and efficiency improvements

• Execution of ad hoc finance initiatives as & when required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant finance experience.

• Degree in finance, accounting, or any other related field.

• P&L, Balance Sheet, project management, and/or analysis experience.

• Demonstrated excellence in financial analysis and data model building. 

• The ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

• Experience in partnering with business teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.

Nice to have:

• MBA and/or professional finance designation.

• Advanced Excel modeling & analytical skills.

• Knowledge and experience using business intelligence and reporting tools. (Onestream, Anaplan, Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, SAP, MicroStrategy, SSAS Cubes, etc.)
