シティグループ証券・沖縄オフィスでは、デリバティブ取引の安全を守る「オペレーション部門」の若手メンバー（エントリーレベル）を募集しています。

本ポジションは、企業の財務戦略に使われる「デリバティブ」という高度な金融取引において、ミドルオフィスという立場でビジネスをサポートする重要な役割です。

業務内容 (Key Responsibilities)

専門的な業務ですが、マニュアルと先輩のサポートがあります。まずは、基本的な業務からスタートし、専門知識を徐々に習得して責任範囲を広げていっていただきます。

• 仕組債のライフサイクルイベントをモニターし、顧客への通知を送信する。また、投資信託の注文・取引プロセスに対応する。
• 取引とその決済がブッキングシステムに正確に記録されていることを確認する。
• 顧客/投資信託のKYCステータスチェックを含む、口座の口座情報を管理する。
• 投資信託の顧客への月次報告、および株式デリバティブの規制報告を行う。
• ブローカレッジ/手数料の支払いを手配する。
• 取引決済状況、未決済ファンド残高、その他顧客および社内関係者からの問い合わせに迅速に対応する。
• 日本国外のチーム、同僚、事業部門、その他のサポート機能と効果的に連携し、事業とその顧客に高水準のサポートを提供する。
• プロセス改善と効率化に継続的に注力する。
• リスクとコントロールに対する強い意識を持つ。規則・規制に基づき、日常業務において強固なコントロールが実施されていることを確認する。
• 問題が発生した場合は、速やかにミドルオフィス管理職にエスカレーションする。
• システムの改善およびプロジェクトに、専門家（SME）として参画する。

応募要件 (Qualifications)

【必須スキル (Required)】

• マインドセット: 金融商品および業務への学習意欲があり、正確かつ責任感を持って業務に取り組める方（実務未経験可）。
• 日本語: ビジネスレベル（社内外との円滑なコミュニケーション、文書作成が可能であること）。
• 英語: ビジネスレベル（目安：  TOEIC 700点〜）。
  • 読み書きに加え、海外との会議で要点を聞き取り、質問ができる程度のコミュニケーション力を求めます。
• PCスキル: Microsoft Excelの基礎（VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブル等の関数操作）。

【歓迎スキル (Preferred)】

• チームワークを大切にし、変化を楽しめる柔軟性。
• VBA等のプログラミングスキル、AI,または業務自動化への興味。
• リスク管理への意識（間違いに気づき、声を上げられる姿勢）。
• 自分から学ぶ姿勢

Responsibilities:

• Monitor lifecycle events and send valuation notices to clients for structured notes and order & trade process for mutual funds
• Ensure that trades and their settlements are captured correctly in booking system
• Manage static maintenance for account including KYC status check for clients / mutual funds
• Monthly reporting for mutual funds to client and regulatory reporting for equity derivatives
• Arrange brokerage/agent fee payment
• Handling ad-hoc queries promptly regarding trade settlement status, outstanding fund position, and other items from clients and internal stakeholders
• Work effectively with teams, colleagues outside of Japan, the business and other support functions to provide a high standard of support to business & their clients. 
• Continuously focusing on process improvement and efficiencies
• Having a strong sense of risk and control. Ensure to implement robust control in daily functions based on the rules and regulations.
• Timely escalation of issues to Middle Office management
• Get involved in system enhancements and projects as a subject matter expert

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience preferred
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Programming skills such as VBA, and an interest in AI or business process automation
• Team player
• Salf-starter

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting or Finance
