Mission statement:
You will be producing Quotation / offer to the channels (FES or 3rd party customers) and update market intelligence (assess business potentials within current segmentation, competition, price levels by knowing the competition) in close cooperation with Front End Sales as well as other Sales Organizations (including, but not limit to GI/GA) of Hitachi Energy affiliates in assigned markets, share feedback to Front End Sales and/or Product Management and/or R&D and/ or Technical Department on new market influences, drive identification and development of new leads and prospects together with Front End Sales, collect and analyze customer data to support development of quotation based on the customer situation and collect and analyze market data to develop sales and marketing strategy for key markets in assigned area.
Your responsibilities:
You will implement the local go-to–market product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
You will achieve product marketing target, budget through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed.
You will execute annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units/Product Groups.
You will prepare business plans focused on business development for a defined market.
You will coordinate market analyses with Sales team members and define appropriate forecast and plan, evaluate and share customer research, market condition and competitor data.
You will oversee sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s).
You will drive sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for each Salesperson, facilitate know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.

Your background:
You hold degree in engineering.
Proven work experience in marketing and sales with minimum 5 years relevant work experience, with background in quotation preparation including costing and pricing experience with capability & capacity alignment with operations, engg, supply chain
Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer.
Knowledge and exposure in Sales Force.Com and MS Office, understand of sales performance metrics.
Business acumen with problem-solving attitude and leadership skill.
Having working experiences in transformer and power quality solutions is specially considered: AR comment working experiences in transformer and power products including.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written, negotiation skill, influencing skills.
