Job Details
Wellthy is seeking a Director of Member Growth and Activation to drive enrollment volume, conversion outcomes, and member engagement. This role is responsible for leading high-volume experimentation, reducing friction in the member journey, shaping engagement strategy, and ensuring members receive the support they need. The Director will be accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly levers that move members through the funnel and keep them engaged with Wellthy. This position reports directly to the SVP of Client Success.
Responsibilities will include:
- Own and drive member enrollment volume and conversion outcomes across all channels
- Lead high-velocity experimentation to optimize member acquisition and activation
- Analyze and act on daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to move members through the funnel
- Identify and reduce friction points in the member journey to increase engagement
- Shape and execute engagement strategies that bring Wellthy’s mission to life
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth and activation initiatives with broader company goals
- Ensure members are aware of and utilize Wellthy’s support services
- Partner with Client Success to drive overall member and client satisfaction
