Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic change leader supporting the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) and its Operations & Controls verticals. This role is equally divided between driving the adoption and effective use of Moody’s Business Process Management (BPM) Framework (50%) and managing strategic change initiatives within CAO verticals (50%). The Change Lead is responsible for enabling enterprise-wide governance programs, process improvements, and documentation standards, as well as managing communications, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure consistent application of policies and processes across the organization.

  • Drive the adoption of Moody’s BPM Framework, ensuring understanding, user engagement, and compliance with enterprise policy, process, and procedure documents.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, guides, and resources to enable employees to effectively apply BPM principles and policy documents in their roles.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies for CAO initiatives, including control enhancements, compliance alignment, and operating plan execution.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to assess change readiness, define impacts, and coordinate communications and training plans.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and performance data for both BPM and CAO initiatives, using feedback to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
  • Partner with Communications, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and rollout strategies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support governance programs, policy updates, and enterprise-wide change enablement.
