Job Description
The Visa Global Digital Sales team is a new team responsible for building out a digital response and sales coverage engine supporting multiple digital sales centers, enabling Visa to accelerate growth, leveraging continuous innovation with an optimized sales model while building deeper relationships with our customers. We are looking for a sales enablement leader to join our entrepreneurial global digital sales team to help our sales teams with the tools, resources, and training to effectively sell Visa solutions while enhancing sales performance and productivity.
The sales enablement manager will provide sales leaders and reps with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. Partnering with the sales team and broader enablement team, the sales enablement manager will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process.
The Sales Enablement Sr. Manager will:
- Work with digital sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess training and enablement programs for Visa’s digital sales team
- Determine sales enablement priorities with global and regional sales stakeholders
- Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
- Build a trusted relationship with regional Digital Sales teams and partner with teams to localize in markets
- Serve as the liaison between sales, marketing and product teams to enable sales plays
- Provide effective onboarding and training programs for Digital Sales teams
- Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
- Curate, maintain, and upload sales enablement content on the enterprise sales enablement platform ensuring accessibility and usability
- Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices to leverage regionally
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work with a focus in sales, sales support, presales, &/or technical product marketing, enablement.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a positive can-do attitude
Qualifications
• A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
• Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
• Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.
• Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches
• Strong program/project management skills & strong facilitation skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively navigate and lead others in an ambiguous environment to achieve high levels of performance and deliver sustainable value to the organization by holding yourself and others accountable.
• Strong relationship-management skills and ability to communicate effectively, and collaborate with, senior-to-exec management.
• Strategic, analytical thinker who consistently challenges the status quo and constructively challenges the team to aim for higher ground, change agent
• Process oriented, with a high attention to detail and quality on both internal team work and external products brought to market
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial and nimble, while also able to navigate a globally matrixed environment
• Experience building executive level communications and delivering presentations
• Ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment, and to influence senior management and other relevant parties
• Global experience preferred
Work Hours
Incumbent must make themselves available during core business hours.
Travel Requirements
This position requires the incumbent to travel for work less than 5% of the time. Occasional commute to other Visa offices in the bay area will be required.
Mental/Physical Requirements
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 133,000 to 173,000 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
