    Position Overview
    Reporting to the Sr. Director, Chief of Staff for Product Development & Manufacturing Solutions, this role requires top-notch design skills with a knack for visual storytelling.  You will be part of a high-performing and collaborative team, bringing a trusted design sensibility into an instrumental role that helps shape and tell the narrative around Autodesk’s design & manufacturing vision. You will partner and collaborate closely with stakeholders across strategy, product, communications, marketing, and sales.

     

    Responsibilities

    - Support and create visual designs, templates, and processes

    - Become an advocate for the Product Development & Manufacturing Solutions (PDMS) organization by providing brand guidance through consults and trainings with internal and external stakeholders

    - Produce compelling presentations for both internal and external audiences

    - Develop creative presentations and other medium to articulate design concepts and direct vendors to oversee production

    - Champion and visually evolve the Autodesk PDMS organization

     
    Minimum Qualifications

    - 5 years of experience in graphic and visual design

    - Excellent layout, typography, iconography and design skills, and preparing print-ready files

    - Understanding of design systems, keen attention to detail and consistency, and a sensibility for functional, well-crafted design

    - Ability to articulate ideas through the creation of compelling visuals

    - Understands the technical and aesthetic fundamentals of imagery creation

    - A team-player receptive to creative feedback and direction, but can communicate and express their own POV, and a willingness to push the creative envelope

    - Excellent with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Microsoft PowerPoint

    - Proficient with Adobe Premiere, After Effects

    - Knowledge of Autodesk tools and/or manufacturing industry a bonus

    - Able to learn new tools and skills and stay up to date with industry trends

    - Passionate about all forms of design and eager to translate that passion into brand-relevant experiences

    - Curious, adaptable, adventurous, with a broad range of creative interests

    Salary transparency

    Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $72,000 and $105,600. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
