Wir suchen ab sofort für den Bereich Customer Excellence einen Werkstudenten / Praktikanten (all genders) im Bereich Data & Analytics.
Gemeinsam mit einem Team von Daten- & Analyseexperten arbeitest du daran, unsere Vertriebsorganisation mit datenbasierten Insights zu unterstützen:
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer großen Dashboards für Sales und Marketing
- (Statistische) Analyse von Wirkzusammenhängen unserer Vertriebs- und Marketingaktivitäten und Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse für das Business
- Unterstützung von verschiedenen Projekten mit analytischem Schwerpunkt, die das Ziel haben, unsere Kundenbeziehungen weiter zu verbessern
- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Funktionen vor allem aus den Bereichen Customer Excellence und Business IT
So machst du den Unterschied:
- Studium der (Wirtschafts)informatik, Mathematik, Physik oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge
- Sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Rahmen eines Praktikums oder einer Werkstudententätigkeit, idealerweise in Bereichen wie Datenanalyse oder Reporting
- Idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenvisualisierung-Tools wie Tableau, Qlik oder Power BI
Beschäftigungsdauer:
- Mindestens 6 Monate als Praktikant*in
- Mindestens 12 Monate als Werkstudent*in
