Your Key Responsibilities will be:
- Rotational Assignments: Engage in a series of rotational assignments across various functions, including marketing, market access and sales. Gain exposure to different functions and develop a holistic understanding of the industry and AbbVie.
- Project Management: Lead and contribute to strategic projects that drive business growth and operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions, leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Networking and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with colleagues, mentors and industry professionals to expand your professional network. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing across the international organization.
What we expect from you:
- Education: Completed Master’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, economics, biotechnology, engineering or other relevant nature sciences by the program start date (September 2026).
- Experience: up to 4 years of prior work experience is preferred, preferably from sales & marketing.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaboration effectively with diverse teams. Digital proficiency.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn quickly. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for Pharma: Genuine interes in Bio-Pharma Industry and a passion for innovative healthcare solutions.
- Mobility: We look for talented colleagues with readiness to mobility between AbbVie affiliates across geographies.
- Language: Proficient in German and English.
