AMI center is cutting-edge medical aesthetics hub also a medical licensed clinic that will continue to bring medical innovation to best-in-class of AMI training and provide medical education services for professionals & healthcare stakeholders.

As a strategic component of Allergan Medical Institute (AMI), clinical manager of AMI center aims at improving medical aesthetic physician’s treatment strategy and injection skills in order to fulfill AMI’s vision of pursuing excellence in clinical practice. 

Be bold, innovative, and passionate about medical education, closely work with all departments for effective execution of key AMI events and activities which happen in AMI center. This role is required to act as expert in professional training and hands-on practice and ensure safe, effective, and quality-assured training of physicians.

This critical role demands exceptional agility in mastering injection theories, such as MD-Codes injection system, facial anatomical knowledge, etc.  The role needs to have the capability to control risks of clinics daily operation especially for medical safety and training compliance. This role also needs good communication skills and good teamwork.

Support and implement professional hands-on training& activities of AMI center - 30%

• Support & implement different kinds of hands-on training and activities of SH AMI center.
• Ensure the safety, effective and qualified-assured training of physicians. 
• Ensure the efficient delivery of AMI educational content.

Support daily operation of clinic - 30%

• Support daily operation of clinic.
• Support the medical safety of clinic to ensure the clinic complies the requirements of government policy.

Effectively deliver the medical education content and support to develop the training courses and materials be used in AMI center - 20%

• Effectively deliver approved scientific and clinical content for training materials which are used in AMI center.
• Based on the cases and materials of AMI center, support to develop the diversity training courses and materials to fulfill the different clinical needs of HCPs.

Work closely with cross-functional team, sales, mkt and other AMI teammates. - 20%

• Work closely with other AMI teammates to ensure the quality of every activity of AMI center.
• Collaborate with series of cross-functional colleagues, such as sales, MKT, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in clinical medicine
• Dermatologist and medical license are essential.
• Intermediate Certificate of medical license is preferred.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical & device industry, preferably in medical aesthetics, and /or fields related to training is preferred.
