Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Drive end-to-end product development and management processes
- Collaborate closely with APAC/global teams and local business units
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting product offerings
Work Experience / Knowledge / Education / Formal Qualifications
Work Experience / Knowledge:
- Knowledge and Experience: Should possess extensive knowledge and experience in product development, including strong project management capabilities. Relevant expertise may include regulations, product structuring, offshore funds, operations, fund administration, and/or custody. Exposure to private assets is considered a plus.
- Communication Skills: Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with and coordinate among stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of both Japanese and English, with proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Analytical Skills: Should have strong analytical and quantitative skills, complemented by solid PC proficiency.
- Initiative: Must be a proactive team player, self-motivated, and driven to achieve goals.
Formal Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
License / Registration / Certification:
- CFA is considered a plus.
