Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst

Location: 1414 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28203

Duties: Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. Identify, interpret, validate and document business requirements. Facilitate workshops to collect and map business requirements, processes and objectives to develop necessary product modifications to meet business needs. Support product management and application development team activities by providing detailed technical analysis and documentation for products, including data requirements, data flows, data modeling and user interface designs within and across Moody’s systems. Serve as primary contact with business clients to validate their unique requirements throughout life cycle of project. Work on product enhancement to existing systems or on new product development. Partner with technical architects to ensure that all technical models are aligned with business models. Ensure technical feasibility of product requirements and designs. Ensure that business, development and quality assurance teams fully understand product requirements prior to project release. Actively manage stakeholders by maintaining project scope and presenting business analysis and technical documentation and proposed solutions. Apply knowledge of capital markets to develop business process management solutions. Utilize database technologies including SQL, Sybase, and Oracle.

Requirements: Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology or a closely related technical field, along with at least three (3) years of experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, or related developing, implementing, and supporting Credit Risk Management Applications, and creating AVO AI automation solutions integrated with Credit risk management applications and Reval and ERP systems. Must have experience in designing, developing, and implementing Credit Risk Measurement products; integrating Treasury Intelligent Solutions with ERP systems; facilitating legal and managerial consolidation processes; specializing in UI design or information architecture; conducting complex data analysis and generating statistical reports using databases including HANA, MongoDB, and Oracle; leveraging business intelligence tools such as Pentaho for data visualization; and utilizing advanced Excel macros for analytical reporting and decision making.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $139,942 - $149,800/yr, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
