Team Introduction:
The Information Technology (IT) team enables EG with productivity tools, support operations, corporate networking, hybrid data centers, network operations center/site reliability, and IT Service Management. The Technical Program Manager III sits within the technical program management function in IT. This team drives end-to-end delivery for cross-functional technical programs from idea to launch so the business gets predictable, measurable outcomes. Leveraging a blend of agile and traditional methodologies, this role enables clarity, accountability, and execution through structured planning, well-defined scope and success metrics, disciplined risk and dependency management, and transparent communication with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with strategic organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and resource allocations for multi-service or domain-level initiatives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, proactively resolving issues to ensure program success.
  • Communicate program status, dependencies, and milestones to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions that improve outcomes, applying AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows to real-world products.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ownership of multi-service or domain-level technical programs.
  • Proven experience driving cross-functional technical initiatives from inception to delivery.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering large-scale, distributed technical programs and managing complex dependencies.
  • Proficiency in scaling program management practices across multiple domains or organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and process improvements in technical program delivery.
  • Skilled in leveraging data-driven approaches for program planning and execution.
  • Advanced knowledge of integrating AI/ML solutions in program environments, including safe and ethical implementation practices.
