Skills and Competencies
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete repetitive processes with no error
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate business concepts to a senior audience
- Highly organized and efficient
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Strong client-focused orientation with the drive and passion to achieve results and ensure customer satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use

Education
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally within a financial discipline

Responsibilities
Provides operational support across the rating lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy, workflow coordination and high-quality service delivery.
- Support the documents download process including manual downloads, issue resolution, and participation in operational improvement discussions
- Support new deal set-up, data capture, lifecycle data maintenance, data quality assurance and tracking for designated lines of business
- Perform administrative tasks including data updates, preparing rating actions, bulk rating actions, publishing ratings, and preparing templates and disclosures in line with policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor designated mailboxes to ensure timely handling of internal and external client requests and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Facilitate resolution of technical issues and sophisticated external inquiries with support from the Team Lead or Manager
- Build positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality service across a high volume of transactions
- Identify and research issues or data discrepancies and follow up with analysts as required
- Provide back-up coverage for associates to ensure continuous support during absences and holidays
- Demonstrate flexibility with last-minute changes, new challenges and routine tasks while contributing positively to the team

About the Team
Our Global Middle Office team provides transaction management support, workflow coordination and rating-related operational services that enhance data accuracy and streamline the rating lifecycle. The team contributes to organizational excellence through operational improvement initiatives, strong partnerships with lines of business and the adoption of responsible AI-enabled efficiencies aligned with Moody’s commitment to innovation.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $51,200.00 - $74,150.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
