DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented TBM Analyst to join our team specializing in Technology Business Management (TBM) and IT Cost Transparency, located in the USA - location is flexible.

The TBM Analyst role will be responsible for managing and enhancing our TBM platform to support strategic decision-making and financial transparency across Technology Operations. This role requires collaboration with IT, Finance, and Business stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful reporting.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Optimize Business Processes By analyzing application functionality and recommending better utilization of standard features, you'll help streamline operations and improve efficiency across departments.
  • Enhance System Configuration Your work in determining and verifying optimal application setups ensures that systems are tailored to meet business needs, reducing errors and increasing productivity.
  • Drive Innovation Through Emerging Trends Staying current with new application capabilities allows you to introduce innovative solutions that keep the organization competitive and forward-thinking.
  • Bridge Functionality Gaps Your ability to identify and recommend solutions for application limitations will directly improve system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Strengthen Vendor Relationships Collaborating with vendors to resolve issues and enhance functionality ensures smoother operations and better support for internal teams.
  • Collaborate Across Teams Partnering with analysts, architects, and process owners helps align technology with business goals, fostering cross-functional success.
  • Serve as a Trusted Expert Acting as a subject matter expert for assigned applications positions you as a go-to resource, supporting both projects and ongoing application needs.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
  • 3-5 years of experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information:

Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in TBM, Apptio administration.
  • Strong skills in data validation, financial modeling and business intelligence/reporting tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex data and system issues.
  • Process improvement mindset with focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • Apptio U certification(s) preferred.

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
