Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is Visa’s consulting arm, delivering impactful results for clients through expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments, and economics. VCA partners with issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers, and governments to solve strategic challenges and drive growth.

Job Description

The Director is responsible for shaping and leading VCA’s workforce transformation strategy, enabling teams to adopt new ways of working, develop future-ready capabilities, and operate with greater agility and effectiveness. This role defines how VCA evolves its workforce skills, behaviors, and operating model to meet the demands of a rapidly changing, AI technology-enabled consulting environment.

The Director integrates change leadership, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, talent and capability design, and learning architecture into a unified transformation approach that elevates how teams work, learn, collaborate, and deliver. The role sets the strategy and governance for VCA’s training ecosystem, leader and manager enablement frameworks, and the culture and behavior shifts required to support transformation at scale.

The Director partners closely with Technology, Practices, Regional Leaders, and People/Talent to ensure transformation efforts strengthen performance, reduce friction, improve the employee experience, and enhance VCA’s ability to deliver value at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workforce Transformation Strategy: Set the enterprise strategy for VCA’s workforce transformation, defining the behaviors, capabilities, and operating‑model shifts required for teams to work effectively in an AI technology‑enabled consulting environment.
  • Behavioral & Experience Insights: Use behavioral, adoption, and employee‑experience insights to identify friction points and inform targeted interventions that accelerate new ways of working across VCA.
  • Ways of Working: Define the behavioral blueprint and role/level expectations for modern consulting delivery, including norms, manager practices, and operating rhythms that enable AI-first, technology‑enabled, insight‑driven work.
  • Global Training Program: Own the strategy and governance of VCA’s learning architecture, ensuring teams build the fluency, capability, and confidence needed to operate in modern, technology‑integrated ways of working.
  • Leader & Manager Enablement: Develop leader and manager enablement frameworks that clarify what teams must know and do to adopt evolving ways of working and drive performance in a changing environment.
  • Transformation Governance & Change Management: Lead VCA’s transformation governance model, aligning Technology, Practices, Regions, and People/Talent on decisions, priorities, pacing, and enterprise change-management approach.
  • Talent & Capability Integration: Define future‑ready capability expectations by role/level and partner with People/Talent to embed them into hiring signals, onboarding, performance management, and promotion pathways.
  • Regional Activation Strategy: Set region‑level activation plans, champion networks, and enablement priorities that reinforce workforce transformation and accelerate adoption across diverse markets and delivery teams.
  • Impact Measurement & Value Realization: Define the metrics and value framework that measure adoption, proficiency, behavior change, and productivity gains, translating insights into actions that scale transformation across VCA.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
