Step into the world of global technology support as an Associate Content Analyst and help power the platforms that professionals trust every day. 

You will be responsible for the accurate compilation and in-depth understanding of Free Trade Agreements (FTA) with a focus on research, verification, data conversion, and quality assurance. The trade content includes FTA Rules/Proof of Origin and Legal Text for display on the Content Global Trade Detail screens and the coding logic to run those rules under BOM Analysis and generate the required Proof of Origin documentation and other trade-related documents (i.e., Reports) in the FTA Product.

About the Role:

As an Associate Content Analyst you will:

  • Identify common issues, propose practical solutions independently, take ownership of work, and apply TR methodologies while using AI tools to improve efficiency and overcome obstacles.

  • Actively seek learning and upskilling opportunities, especially in AI, digital tools, and emerging technologies, with curiosity and initiative to grow within the role.

  • Deliver accurate, on‑time work aligned with product roadmaps and specifications, meeting the needs of internal and external customers while using AI to enhance responsiveness and quality.

  • Produce high‑quality work with strong attention to detail, meeting deadlines consistently and leveraging AI tools for validation, workflow optimization, and error reduction.

  • Work effectively with team members and cross‑functional partners, contribute to discussions, share AI best practices, support peer learning, and clearly communicate findings, processes, and solutions.

  • Conduct regulatory research using official sources, monitor tariff changes, analyze data, standardize updates into system‑ready formats, respond to customer inquiries, and manage reliable data sources using AI‑assisted research and analysis.

  • Maintain clear documentation, support product testing and bug identification, assist with project tasks, and actively use AI to improve processes, automate tasks, enhance content quality, and propose efficiency improvements.

About You:

You're a good fit for the Associate Content Analyst if you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Affairs, Business, Law or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a trade, data, or business‑focused role.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to independently gather, analyze, and interpret trade‑related data.

  • Intermediate proficiency in data analysis and visualization, using tools such as Excel, statistical software, databases, and AI‑powered tools to support insights and decision‑making.

  • Advanced English Language Proficiency.
