Job Description

The Corporate Services Analyst will join the Operations & Strategy team and be based in Bogotá, Colombia. This role requires strong proficiency in English, as all verbal and written communications will be conducted in English. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to support the daily operations of a global organization, with a focus on stakeholder support, operational excellence, executive communications, and team engagement.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations & Strategy, this individual will play an important role in helping drive planning, reporting, communications, and operational coordination across the global team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the program management of annual and multi-year planning processes, including tracking submissions, organizing inputs, and following up with leaders on deadlines.
  • Monitor and report on Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) team scorecards, goals, and success metrics, including supporting consistent global reporting and measurement approaches.
  • Develop clear, concise, and high-quality executive-level communications, including presentations for high-visibility projects, programs, and initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular team communications and updates, including planning, coordinating, documenting, and maintaining materials for meetings such as quarterly business reviews with regional and functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with People and Training teams to support the development of learning, training, and employee development opportunities for the function.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including senior management.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of high-quality updates and communications for management and team members.
  • Participate in meetings and calls as needed, including documenting key discussion points, actions, and follow-up items.
  • Coordinate team and employee engagement activities, including all-staff meetings, town halls, skip levels, newsletters, training sessions, team-building activities, social impact initiatives, and employee recognition programs.
  • Support the administration and maintenance of team collaboration platforms, including SharePoint and Insite (intranet site).
  • Represent Corporate Services in meetings, planning sessions, annual operating plan activities, and other cross-functional initiatives as needed.
  • Provide support for additional operational and team priorities, such as OKR tracking, team calendars, onboarding communications, office guides, executive visit materials, and other ad hoc initiatives.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 0 or more years of work experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience creating, developing, and presenting executive-level materials for senior stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional fluency in English and the ability to communicate clearly in a global business environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use data to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams and build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • High attention to detail, with a resourceful, proactive, and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Experience supporting team operations, communications, employee engagement activities, or internal business processes in a fast-paced environment.
