Skills and Competencies

  • Minimum 8 years in technical program management, preferably in digital transformation, research, or analytics-focused environments.
  •  Proven track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional technology programs and delivering complex digital solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in program management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project), cloud platforms, data integration, and digital content management systems.
  •  Experience with modern software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/SAFe).
  • Familiarity with Gen-AI tools and their application in research or business processes is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications in Program/Project Management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum Master) are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end program management of the "Research Digitalization" workstream, ensuring successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives for the Ratings & Research group.
  • Collaborate with product director, product owner, and technology stakeholders to define program vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Mentor and guide junior program managers and team members to ensure quality delivery and professional growth.
  • Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements, recommend solutions, and drive strategic alignment across teams.
  • Monitor program risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Report program status, milestones, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure the successful integration and adoption of new digital tools and processes.
  • Manage program timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Continuously evaluate program performance, incorporating feedback and metrics to drive improvements and optimize outcomes.

Our Research Data & Process Management part of the Research Content Management group is responsible for the strategy, design & delivery of modernized content management products thereby enabling easier & timely production of content in formats that meet the evolving needs of our content creators & consumers.
