Skills and Competencies 

  • 12+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide process engineering, operational excellence, or BPM initiatives in financial services or similarly regulated industries as a transformation leader
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale process redesign initiatives, delivering measurable improvements in cycle time, touch time, and compliance outcomes
  • Expertise in BPMN and process modeling standards, with hands-on experience using workflow and automation platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Power Automate) and content governance tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence)
  • Strong portfolio management discipline, including defining and tracking KPIs/KRIs, managing transformation roadmaps, and reporting progress through data-driven storytelling
  • Advanced proficiency in process modeling tools (Blueworks, ARIS, Signavio, Visio) and visualization platforms (Power BI) to support governance and leadership reporting
  • Deep understanding of risk and control frameworks (COSO, ISO 27001/27701) and ability to embed assurance requirements into process design for audit readiness
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, demonstrated through influencing senior leadership and facilitating decision-oriented sessions
  • Expertise in AI and intelligent automation, with a track record of deploying agentic AI assistants (e.g., Copilot Studio) to accelerate modeling, documentation, and compliance evidence collection; designs human-in-the-loop guardrails and audit-ready workflows. Demonstrated success in building or scaling agentic AI use cases that improved process cycle time and compliance outcomes in a regulated enterprise is preferred.  

Education     

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field years of experience in change management, training, communications, or a related field, preferably within a corporate or regulated environment
  • CBPP (ABPMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, Prosci certifications are a plus 

Responsibilities 

Lead enterprise-level process transformation initiatives across the Chief Administrative Office (CAO). Collaborate with process owners to reimagine and redesign critical business processes to drive operational efficiency, strengthen governance, and enable scalable execution.

  • Partner with CAO functional process owners to own and evolve CAO process architecture and taxonomy, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, risk posture, and customer outcomes
  • Lead future-state process design and re-engineering initiatives, facilitating discovery workshops and applying BPM standards (e.g., BPMN, SIPOC, RACI) to optimize cycle time, touch time, and reduce rework
  • Prioritize and manage a portfolio of transformation initiatives tied to governance, risk, and compliance drivers, audit findings, and CAO operating plan objectives
  • Embed control points and assurance requirements into redesigned processes, aligning with COSO and ISO 27001/27701 frameworks
  • Establish and lead a Center of Enablement for BPM practices, providing playbooks, templates, training, coaching, and quality assurance for process owners and authors
  • Select and apply process modeling and workflow tools (e.g., Blueworks, ARIS, Signavio, Visio, ServiceNow, Jira), integrate with content repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence) and partner with Technology and Operations to identify automation opportunities (e.g. RPA, low-code platforms)
  • Develop an AI-assisted process engineering toolkit to accelerate discovery, modeling, documentation, and conformance checks
  • Provide leadership reporting on AI pipeline, adoption, realized value, and control effectiveness for governance forums and senior leadership reviews 

About the Team 

Our Chief Administrative Office- Operations & Controls (O&C) team is responsible for driving enterprise-wide process transformation and governance excellence. By joining our team, you will contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance operational resilience, embed risk and control frameworks, and enable AI-driven innovation across the organization. 

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $163,300.00 - $236,800.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
