The Principal Clinical Consultant will be responsible for delivering advanced clinical insights, services and strategic support within Surgical Technologies. You will leverage deep clinical expertise and industry knowledge to support the sales process with clinical expertise to drive portfolio growth in Labor and Delivery. Develop and deliver evidence-based insights that drive improved outcomes and business growth across Surgical Technologies’ digital portfolio. Build collaborative relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, and internal teams to influence best practices, sustain adoption, and identify opportunities for innovation and product pull-through.
What You Will Do
- Deliver Triton clinical sales enablement and consultant services using advanced clinical theories, principles, and concepts.
- Design and deliver clinical education training programs for internal teams and customers, including pre-sale and post-sale activities.
- Analyze multiple data sources to develop multi-disciplinary action plans and track key performance metrics.
- Provide clinical insights to support product improvement and development, marketing strategies, and competitive positioning.
- Maintain strong relationships with clinicians, key opinion leaders, and industry organizations to influence best practices and innovation.
- Partner with Triton Risk Share customers to track data, compliance and outcomes and leverage internal clinical resources to develop outcome stories and white papers to highlight the digital Triton and SurgiCount portfolio.
- Provide feedback and assist in developing new tools and service offerings.
- Strategize and execute customer-facing activities at strategic IDNs.
What You Need
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN licensure required
- Minimum 8 years experience
- Practical experience as a bedside Labor and Delivery Nurse required
- Experience as a department nurse leader required
- Ability to travel up to 40% annually
Preferred:
- Experience leading quality/ safety initiatives as a department leader
- Specialty certification (e.g., ACPC, C-OBE, RNC-OB, BLS, NRP) preferred
- 2+ years of non-clinical industry experience preferred
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical and business data.
$127,200 - $208,000 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
