- Develop public market promotion strategies based on public central marketing strategy and public hospital workflows.
- Track competitors and optimize strategies via business data analysis.
- Plan and execute academic events, partner with AMI/ADI/MKT team for professional training programs; as well as core campaigns and effectiveness measurement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Marketing, Clinical Medicine, Pharmaceutical Management or related fields is preferred.
- 3+ years in central marketing, with proven track record in strategy planning and execution. Public medical aesthetics or MNC pharmaceutical experience preferred; familiarity with public hospital operational and procurement processes is a plus
- Strong business data analysis skills; proficient in Excel and PPT for data-driven strategy optimization.
- Have good capabilities for planning and organization, as well as good communication skills;
- Good in English writing and speaking;
- Ability to multi-task, priorities and work under pressure within strict deadlines
- Willing to travel, if needed (around 50%)
