Job Details
- Build transformational pricing frameworks to enable monetization of digital goods, such as software, subscriptions, and services
- Draft pricing structures (tiered, device-based, usage-based, bundled, etc.) aligned with product and GTM strategy
- Support implementation of the above on appropriate commercial platforms
- Amplify analytics by developing dashboards and models to track pricing performance, revenue/margin impact, and other key metrics
- Conduct pricing and elasticity analysis, competitive benchmarking, and market segmentation
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to establish value-based price points
- Refine pricing for global distribution and reseller partners, including discount ladders, tiers, and regional variations
- Ensure pricing logic is correctly implemented in subscription billing platforms
- Support maintenance of global price lists, discount structures, and exiting pricing tools and platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, CPQ, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree, with 7+ years pricing or related business roles, preferably in technology and SaaS space
- Experience developing and executing pricing strategies for software, subscriptions, and service businesses, fueling transformative shifts from traditional hardware to modern software solutions
- Modeling and analytical expertise; advanced proficiency in Excel and visualization tools such as Tableau or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with enterprise systems including SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, CPQ, subscription billing platforms, etc.
- Robust understanding of pricing execution across quote-to-cash workflows, ensuring operational excellence and scalability
- MBA or equivalent experience in business strategy, finance, or economics is preferable
- Experience in audio technology and collaboration product spaces is a strong plus

PAY TRANSPARENCY
Shure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry’s top talent. Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for the opportunity. The base salary for this position ranges from $102,000 to $174,000, with a target salary of $138,000. This position is also eligible for our incentive pay program (10%), which varies based on individual and Company performance in the year. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we are often flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include an award-winning benefits package.
