Job Details
In-country Manager of Consumer Solutions (South Asia) & Consumer Debit (India & South Asia) who will implement the
- Core Products Strategy for South Asia, focusing in growing the issuance, activation, and contactless penetration of Debit, Credit & Prepaid cards in the South Asia markets.
- Affluent Product Strategy for South Asia, with growing key performance indicators for the affluent cards (Signature + Infinite variants)
- Debit Product Strategy for India in an effort to grow the key performance indicators of cards, payments volume, total volume, market share, PCE penetration, international usage, and net revenue targets.
South Asia
- Utilize industry Core Products consumer trends and customer knowledge to build preference for Visa core products.
- Facilitate launch and adoption of new products with cross functional partners to ensure that Visa considerations, programs and product pilots/ developments are top of mind
- Manage Activation and Engagement initiatives and budgets and have complete accountability for delivery and expenses.
- Develop key client strategy and roadmap for growth, work with client organizations and internal teams to ensure execution and delivery of key growth targets.
- Develop strong cross-functional collaboration with other Visa groups including product, marketing, sales, operations, information services, research, in India and internationally, to provide continual value to clients.
Affluent Segment - South Asia
- Develop a robust affluent product proposition through product requirements and platforms
- Support existing and new clients in developing their affluent go to market strategies, including development of value proposition, acquisition strategies and customer lifecycle management strategies
- Conceptualize, create, and execute customized campaigns to help increase activation and usage of affluent credentials.
- Utilize industry affluent consumer trends and customer knowledge to build preference for Visa affluent products.
India
- Grow Visa’s market leadership on Debit in India by supporting the growth of key clients, achieve client specific product and volume targets as per budget
- Develop an annual operating plan of market initiatives in partnership with the large clients to improve their portfolio performance and maximize the impact of Visa’s Debit and marketing investments each year.
- Develop a robust product proposition through product requirements and platforms.
- Conceptualize, create and execute customized campaigns to help increase debit card activation and usage.
- Support new clients in developing debit card go to market strategies, including development of value proposition, acquisition strategies and customer lifecycle management strategies.
- Deliver consumer insights through research and analytics for issuers to incorporate in their payment strategies.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Masters or Bachelor’s degree in business administration
Minimum 6 years’ experience in Retail Banking, Cards or Consumer Financial Services, Consulting experience preferred. Experience in service industries such as ecommerce will be an advantage. Understanding of digital trends and new age payment solutions is important.
Should have handled a senior responsibility in product management with P&L/ revenue responsibility. Should have a very sharp understanding of consumer behavior, product operations, business processes and revenue impact.
Experience in sales and marketing is preferable
Good understanding of Visa Products and services is a plus
