We're seeking someone to join our team as a Compensation Analyst to support all data collection, aggregation, updates, and analysis in support of the CE ID Process. This role will focus on large complex data sets regarding the Firm’s employees.

What you'll do in the role:
- Support of the yearly Covered Employee process: Prepare data analytics and data models, primarily in Excel, to support the execution of the yearly process and identify key insights.
- Support decision making process: Participate in preparing documents and presentations to facilitate the decision-making process of senior stakeholders.
- Automation: Identify and facilitate opportunities to streamline, automate, and collaborate with other teams to enable IT system implementation and integration.
- Documentation: ensure proper documentation of the annual processes to support various internal quality control requests and reviews.
- Collaboration with various stakeholders: Partner with business specific and Firmwide stakeholders, including Risk Management and Legal and Compliance.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 0 – 2 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
- Ability to develop analytics from multiple streams of data, interpret & analyze trends, develop meaningful story/recommendation and communicate the information in a logical, concise way.
- Must have ability to manage projects in addition to daily responsibilities, ensuring accurate delivery of product to multiple stakeholders and senior management.
- Must have excellent organizational and planning skills with thorough attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).
