Skills and Competencies
- 2–3 years of working experience in financial services industry. Experience in financial markets is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, fast learner, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, with solid problem‑solving abilities
- Customer and stakeholder-focused, engaging, detail-oriented, and resourceful team player
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
Education
- University graduate with a Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
Acting as an integral role in the relationship management efforts for existing clients and prospects in Greater China
- Planning and execution of relationship management programs
- Collaborating closely with Relationship Managers and assisting in managing client enquiries and engagement related matters
- Liaising with various internal departments (including analytical team, legal team, and other supporting functions)
- Liaising with KYC team for all clients’ KYC/AML related matters
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations for clients, and coordinating client and intermediary meetings
- Managing and updating internal systems and other relationship management tools. Handling sales operations, including coordination with billing and collection teams
- Working as part of the regional team spanning the entire spectrum of Moody’s business activities
About the team
The Relationship Management team is responsible for managing business and pricing relationships with Moody’s rated entities, debt issuers, and capital markets intermediaries. The team works closely with issuers of fixed income securities and other market participants to articulate the value of Moody’s ratings in transaction execution. By joining this team, you will be part of dynamic and impactful work within the Greater China capital markets.
