We are seeking a Deal Finance Manager to support high‑impact Commercial Money Solutions (CMS) deals across North America. This role partners closely with Sales and cross‑functional teams to structure, price, approve, and execute client agreements aligned with Visa’s CMS strategy.

You will provide end‑to‑end financial and commercial support—from deal modeling and structuring through approval and execution—helping teams move quickly while ensuring strong financial discipline and risk management. This is a hands‑on, collaborative role for someone comfortable with ambiguity, influencing without authority, and operating effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with strong technical fluency, sound judgement, and structured problem-solving capabilities. A strong drive for learning and continuous improvement is essential, along with comfort navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities. The preferred location for this position is San Francisco, CA.
Essential Functions:
- Partner with Sales teams across North America to support deal development, negotiation, approval, and execution
- Build and own deal financial models, including pricing, incentives, and full P&L analysis
- Develop creative, commercially sound deal structures that balance client needs with Visa’s strategic objectives
- Support contract development in partnership with Legal, Product, Interchange, Pricing, and other stakeholders
- Prepare clear, data‑driven business cases to support efficient and informed decision‑making
- Evaluate commercial, financial, and structural risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies
- Maintain decision documentation and support deal lifecycle management from intake through execution
- Share best practices across regions and contribute to scalable, consistent COE deal processes
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Experience in fintech, payments, technology, or similar innovative industries
- Exposure to deal finance, pricing, commercial strategy, or legal/contracting environments
- Experience supporting complex or large‑scale commercial deals
- Advanced Excel skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities
Additional Capabilities
- Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Comfort operating independently in complex, ambiguous environments
- Ability to translate technical information into business context and vice versa
- Multilingual capability is a plus

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 129,200.00 to 206,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
