As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be a key leader in managing and expanding strategic relationships with the company’s most important clients. Key Responsabilitites:
Building Strategic Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, gaining a deep understanding of their strategy, organizational structure, and business objectives. Your role will be to position yourself as a strategic advisor who delivers tangible value and a long-term vision.
Commercial Leadership and Key Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact and owner of the commercial relationship, ensuring flawless execution, anticipating client needs, and delivering an outstanding experience in every interaction.
Growth Strategy Development:
Design and implement account plans and commercial strategies that drive profitability by identifying new business opportunities, projects, and partnerships that strengthen the company’s presence within each client.
Maximizing Customer Value:
Identify and execute cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, offering comprehensive and tailored solutions that support clients’ evolution and strategic goals.
Strategic Pipeline and Forecast Management:
Manage the sales pipeline in a structured and analytical manner, leveraging CRM tools and performance metrics to track opportunities, forecast results, and optimize conversion rates.
Collaboration and Internal Leadership:
Work cross-functionally with technical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a differentiated value proposition, strengthening commercial execution and achieving growth objectives.
