Job Purpose
For our office in Istanbul we are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our multicultural team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- To manage the sales administration process with the Shared Service Centre
- To support and organizing the deliveries
- To coordinate invoicing with/out e-invoicing platforms
- Create internal sales report via reporting tools
- Be able to interpret stock flow
- Be able to expertise in warehouse management
Qualifications
- Fluent English, Native Turkish
- Computer literacy, good level MS Office is essential
- SAP MM and SD modules knowledge will be a must
- Preferably Salesforce knowledge
- Willing to improve him/herself in Power BI and data analytics knowledge
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize workload
- Good communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels within the Company
- Able to problem solve and act quickly, work under pressure
- Ability to be part of a “solutions “orientated team and have the desire to ensure your work meets the business requirements
