Project Manager - PMO
Location: In our state of the art, global centre of excellence for Additive Manufacturing in our Anngrove Facility in Cork.
Role Assignment: 16 month.

Responsibilities will include:
Own the end toend delivery of assigned projects, including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure—ensuring they meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality expectations.
Lead the introduction of new processes, digital solutions, and innovative technologies that advance Additive Manufacturing workflows and enable the personalised implant portfolio.
Drive the deployment of new Additive Manufacturing technologies, automation tools, and digital platforms, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into existing operations and support faster lead times and scalable personalised production.
Define and refine project scope, build integrated and realistic schedules, and ensure full ownership of project tracking, communication, and transparent reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
Coordinate and influence complex cross functional stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely decision making across Engineering, Operations, Digital, IT, Quality, and other key partners.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks—including technical readiness, digital integration challenges, supply chain dependencies, regulatory considerations, and validation requirements.
Prioritise effectively, set a strong pace, and cultivate urgency, using structured project management methodologies and tools to keep execution on track.
Lead problem solving and root cause investigations, helping teams overcome technical or operational barriers and driving continuous improvement across the AMagine® personalised solutions workflow.
Contribute to a culture of innovation, experimentation, and learning by encouraging new ideas, sharing insights, and helping teams adopt smarter tools and technologies.
Perform all other duties as required to support successful project outcomes and organisational goals.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, technical, or related discipline, or 4+ years’ relevant experience in technical and/or project management roles.
Desirable: Experience working in or supporting emerging manufacturing innovations.
Desirable: Experience delivering Digital or IT focused projects, including system integrations, automation initiatives, MES/workflow systems, or data heavy engineering solutions in a manufacturing environment.
Strong interpersonal skills—able to clearly articulate complex ideas, influence diverse stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and execute multiple concurrent tasks or workstreams.
Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and manage project risks, including technical, digital, operational, and cross functional interdependencies.
Familiarity with project management tools.
