In this role, you will support the team in maintaining internal tools, managing licenses and improving processes that keep our systems running smoothly. It is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international tech environment and develop both technical and soft skills.
Availability of at least 20 hours per week is required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily activities of the DELMIA Apriso Support team
• Manage incoming Service Reports: categorize, prioritize and distribute them
• Create and maintain internal tools
• Handle software and license distribution orders
• Reproduce, validate and test reported case scenarios
• Participate in management activities of virtual environments
• Prepare reports, statistics, and training materials
• Contribute to process improvement projects and participate in team meetings
• Provide responsive support for business areas

Qualifications

• Experience with virtual environments and OS management
• Basic knowledge of .NET, C, Java, HTML, CSS, and SQL
• Strong MS Office (Excel) skills
• Native-level fluency in Polish and proficiency in English
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field (or relevant experience)
• Proactive, self-driven and comfortable working both independently and in a team
