Those in data science and machine learning engineering at PwC will focus on leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision making. You will work on developing predictive models, conducting statistical analysis, and creating data visualisations to solve complex business problems.

The Opportunity

As part of the R&I Strategy & Operations Enablement team you will lead predictive analytics efforts that assist in risk and quality use cases. As a Senior Manager you will serve as a hands-on analytical lead and thought partner, leveraging your knowledge to frame ambiguous business questions and recommend modeling approaches that translate into decision-ready insights.

Responsibilities

- Assess data constraints and recommend solutions for actionable insights

- Work with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making

- Apply sound judgment in analytical processes

- Mentor team members to enhance their analytical skills and capabilities

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in analytics

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- At least 6 years of risk, compliance or PwC experience

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in Data Processing, Analytics, Science, Computer and Information Science, Mathematical Statistics, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Administration/Management preferred

- Demonstrating experience in analytics, data science, or applied modeling

- Leading analytics workstreams end-to-end

- Working comfortably with evolving or imperfect datasets

- Proving ability to deliver stable, review-ready outputs

- Demonstrating competency in machine learning and predictive analytics tools

- Excelling in communication with technical and non-technical audiences

- Having a proactive approach to aligning on scope and requirements


The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
