.NET Developer - Project Delivery Manager - Customer

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- S erve as the technical lead for the full portfolio of .NET applications, overseeing day-to-day development and support.
Maintains deep institutional knowledge across these systems, enabling efficient troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuity.
Strong developer, delivering high-quality code and guiding implementation decisions and best practices.. - Mentor/support team members; identify skill gaps and ensure onboarding and cross-training..
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications
Required
- 8+ years (or equivalent) legacy application production support experience; demonstrated long-term system ownership.
- Proven leadership in support operations, incident management, and stakeholder communication
- Strong knowledge of Accounting/Finance processes and dependencies (e.g., close, reconciliation, reporting, integrations).
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Hybrid Role - 2 days on-site
