Join us as a full-time Product Management Intern on our AI Transform Review team, focusing on aiR for Review, aiR for Privilege, and Review Center. We're on the hunt for a positive, motivated, and team-oriented individual with a go-getter attitude, boundless curiosity, and stellar communication skills. As our intern, you'll play a crucial role in delivering our next-gen products aimed at speeding up and simplifying data review. By the end of the summer, you'll have made a meaningful impact by owning a specific product problem area, from feature design and development to go-to-market strategy.

    Job Description and Requirements

    What you'll do:

    • Collaborate: Work across the organization to craft, communicate, and execute solutions to problem areas across our platform

    • Innovate: Develop enterprise products that are valuable, usable, and feasible

    • Translate: Turn product strategy into clear, actionable user stories for development

    • Solve: Partner with Engineering, Design, and Applied Science to tackle user problems

    • Validate: Test hypotheses through mockups, user testing, and experimentation

    • Prioritize: Scope and prioritize tasks based on business and user impact – balancing both

    • Advocate: Be the user and business voice throughout the software development process

    • Analyze: Dive into usage data and metrics to uncover hidden insights to drive new ideas

What we're looking for in a candidate:

    • Passionate: You have a genuine interest in AI and its potential to transform the legal industry.

    • Academic: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, design, or a related field. Previous internship experience in product management or software engineering is a plus.

    • Problem Solver: Someone who loves solving problems and can tackle any challenge, even the ambiguous ones.

    • Strong communication: Both written and verbal communication skills are important as a PM

    • Insatiable curiosity – asking questions is the key to our innovation – our ideal candidate doesn’t take anything at face value

    • Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and can spot potential issues before they become full-fledged problems

    • Analytical Thinker: You can break down complex problems and come up with effective solutions.

    • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with the latest tools and technologies, you can quickly learn and apply new skills.
