The role is placed in the Investors Services Operations Department being part of Operations and Technology. The Asset Servicing Manager is responsible for managing the team processing corporate actions events, income processing, proxy voting and shareholder discolosures.

Responsibilities:

• Managing team, ensuring the proper execution of processes and functions
• Overseeing the proper organization of team work and defining employee responsibilities
• Maintaining a rational cost policy
• Ensuring a high standard of professional ethics and compliance with internal and external regulations
• Ensuring a high standard of services offered and meeting customer expectations and needs
• Actively building relationships and collaboration with external and internal clients
• Introducing new solutions that increase the quality, efficiency, and security of operational processes (reducing operational and regulatory risk)
• Managing tests and implementation of changes related to IT systems used in managed processes
• Actively participating in internal and external audits
   

Qualifications:

• The ability to make decisions and work under time pressure
• Very good work organization and communication skills
• Knowledge of capital market regulation and infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of asset servicing and custody processes
• 5+ experience in asset servicing operation
• Strong focus on customer needs, business risk and processes efficiency
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent in Polish and English (in speaking and writing)
