Skills and Competencies
• Strong calendar and meeting coordination skills, including scheduling across multiple time zones, managing conflicting priorities, and ensuring accurate logistics for virtual and in-person meetings
• Proficiency with standard productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., email, calendar, document sharing, and virtual meeting platforms) to support efficient day-to-day coordination
• Experience supporting travel planning and expense processes, including booking travel, preparing expense reports, and reconciling receipts in accordance with company policies
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and external partners
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information, sensitive schedules, and executive communications
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
 
Education
• A degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred
 
Responsibilities
The focal point of this role is to support daily coordination and administrative operations for leaders within the Corporate Systems team.
• Manage complex calendars for one or more leaders, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing requests based on business needs
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries, in accordance with company travel policies
• Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports; track receipts and resolve discrepancies in compliance with corporate expense guidelines
• Serve as a primary point of contact for scheduling and administrative coordination, communicating professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Anticipate scheduling, travel, and coordination needs and proactively identify solutions to improve efficiency and reduce friction for leaders and teams
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment, particularly related to executive schedules and communications
• Support ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as needed to assist the broader team and leadership
 
About the Team
The Corporate Systems team, part of the Technology Services Group, supports Moody’s core business and technology operations by enabling reliable day-to-day execution, strong coordination, and effective governance across corporate platforms and shared services. The team partners closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to support informed decision-making, consistent delivery, and operational efficiency. By bringing structure, clarity, and rigor to complex environments, team members contribute to high‑impact work that supports Shared Services and senior leadership activities while ensuring Moody’s systems run smoothly and effectively.
 
 

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $56,300.00-$81,650.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
