This role is a key member of the Client Engagement team responsible for the account management of a portfolio of key banking client relationships.
Reporting to a Senior Director, this role is focused on driving great client outcomes whilst growing Visa revenue and diversifying our business via Value-Added Services and Commercial/Money Movement Solutions. The role requires strong project management, analytical and communication skills to ensure delivery of financial targets, adherence to contractual and commercial obligations and successful execution of key initiatives across the client portfolio.
What we expect of you, day to day
- Be the key day-to-day contact point for the client portfolio
- Act as the “voice of the client” by interpreting the client’s business plans and strategic priorities, communicating within Visa and developing compelling solutions to support the client in achieving their key objectives.
- Identify business opportunities, including demonstrating the value of Visa solutions to support client objectives
- Deliver account financial targets including payment volume, net revenue and net new business across Visa’s consumer payments, value-added-services and commercial/money movement solutions business units.
- Oversee opportunity pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics, working with Sales Specialists to mobilize Visa resources to convert business opportunities.
- Management and implementation of partnership contract obligations.
- Develop, execute and monitor client investment plans in conjunction with account team to ensure all partnership incentives are allocated to maximize ROI for client and Visa.
- Develop and execute the client executive engagement model to establish and maintain positive and constructive relationships with key client contacts.
- Facilitate and direct internal Visa support areas in response to specific client requests and ensure the delivery of risk, marketing, product, operations and innovation support as required.
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding client satisfaction/net promoter scores.
- Bring the best of Visa to our clients, by delivering relevant portfolio insights, business and industry updates, tailored to their business strategy and priorities.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree
What we are after:
- 8+ years business experience within the payments or technology industry or similar experience in consulting.
- Results oriented individual who delivers a positive impact on business performance
- Experience in leading and developing team members/ project teams.
- Excellent verbal, analytical and written communications skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with senior client executives.
