To support in the development, implementation, and management of the Franchise E strategies – governance and execution.
Job responsibilities:
- The commercial strategy director reports directly to the Vice president of Franchise E and is a member of the franchise leadership team.
- Develops Business plans that incorporate long and short-range strategic planning, works closely with the Finance Director and the rest of the leadership on these plans. Structures strategic planning sessions.
- Coordinates content for leadership team governance and develops Staff agenda.
- Coordinates internal communications and culture efforts with functional leadership and PA team – including Franchise E Townhalls and dynamic communication efforts.
- Plays an essential role in the management of critical projects as defined by the business.
- Supports VP in important interactions and alignment cross functionally to enhance efficiencies and agility in decision-making. This includes:
- Collaborating on key co-commercialization projects and capability builds
- Assist in VP preparation for multiple Leadership Alignment meetings, JCCs, JSCs, etc.
- Plays leading role in emerging Franchise E portfolio management – field communication conduit and cadence, prioritization of BU1 assets and indications as examples.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferred MBA or Master’s Degree
- Minimum of five years sales leadership, marketing or other relevant in-house experience.
- Proven strategic capabilities, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a matrix organization.
- Advanced project management and communication skills.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Able to manage multiple, simultaneous projects with moderate-high complexity, often under a tight deadline.
- Works well with cross-functional stakeholders and can own projects from idea phase to implementation, adapting and iterating as needed.
- Outcomes-focused with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated relationship management, interpersonal skills, ability to motivate, lead, influence, and engage without direct authority.
- Possesses integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, and self-awareness.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
