Work You'll Do
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead project teams and collaborate with Deloitte's global network to deliver strategic regulatory reporting solutions. Your role will include:
- Contributing to the implementation and automation of reporting processes, including supporting testing, validation, quality assurance program development, and remediation of regulatory reporting issues.
- Assisting in the definition of regulatory reporting requirements and helping to establish governance frameworks.
- Supporting the design and implementation of regulatory reporting policies in line with risk and control assessments, operational and data controls, and analytics strategies.
- Collaborating in a team-oriented environment with clients, Deloitte practitioners, and multidisciplinary professionals.
- Leading portions of engagements by managing assigned workstreams, serving as a key client contact for specific project areas, and supporting project management and deliverable execution.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to clients and assisting in the implementation of agreed solutions.
- Contributing to internal initiatives, such as creating industry perspectives, thought leadership, proposals, or go-to-market materials.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in the technology, media & telecom (TMT) or consulting industry related to one or more of the following: regulatory reporting remediation and transformation programs, new regulatory requirement implementations, testing and validation of regulatory processes and controls, regulatory report automation, report preparation, or related data analysis.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to teams and supporting client relationships in a consulting or similar environment.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, based on project requirements and client needs.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of regulatory reports such as GDPR, DMA, DSA, CRA, EU FSD, EU Data Act, EU AIA, Minor Protection Acts, UK Online Safety, IE OSMR, FR Y-14, FR Y-9C, FFIEC 031, FR Y-15, FFIEC 009, or FFIEC 101.
- Understanding of business processes, regulatory requirements, risk management, internal controls, process and technology controls, or related standards and frameworks in the regulatory reporting domain.
- Experience supporting regulatory risk functions, such as execution and oversight processes, risk assessments, reporting, controls, testing, or data analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including supporting proposal development, client communications, and presentations.
- Proficiency with reporting technology/tools (e.g., Axiom).
- Experience in regulatory requirements analysis and participating in regulatory controls testing engagements.
- Involvement in supporting business development activities and participating in client service delivery discussions.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., MBA, CRCM, CPA, PMP, CFA) is a plus.
