We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in Global Centers Management division, you be based in Mumbai, and work in close partnership with various leaders within the division conducting key management reporting, performing analytics and developing business insights that will facilitate leadership decision making.

What you'll do in the role
Management Reporting & Analysis
Develop, maintain, and automate management and executive-level reports that highlight key business metrics and performance indicators
Partner with business leaders to define reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery of actionable insights
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis by leveraging accurate and standardized data sources
Data Visualization:
Design and build interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense
Communicate complex data findings in a clear, visually compelling manner tailored to diverse audiences
Continuously enhance visualization models to improve usability and interpretability
Data Governance & Quality:
Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure data integrity, standardization, and compliance with corporate policies
Document data definitions, sources, and transformation logic to promote transparency and consistency across systems
Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve data quality issues
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Work cross-functionally with business units to identify analytical opportunities that inform business strategies
Develop business cases supported by quantitative analysis and clear storytelling
Recommend process improvements and performance optimizations using evidence-based insights
What you'll bring to the role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in a business analysis, reporting, or data analytics role
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik) and SQL-based data querying
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data trends and patterns
Solid understanding of data governance principles, including metadata management and data quality controls
Experience developing automated dashboards and reports for management or executive audiences
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholder
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of business performance metrics and KPIs
Demonstrated experience with machine learning or AI-based techniques and tools
Strong mathematical and communication skills along with high attention to detail and ability to multi-task are essential traits for this role
