Lead all incident response communications activities across clients’ internal and external audiences.
- Guide clients through the development of cyber crisis communications plans using established best practices customized for organizations, and capturing the process via the development of crisis communications playbooks.
- Develop and execute exercises to evaluate communications response capabilities and participate as a communications subject-matter-expert as part of team-based executive tabletops.
- Support Mandiant services business opportunities across a diverse set of Google clients and prospects.
- Participate in the development, production, and marketing of thought leadership surrounding emerging crisis communications trends and issues.
