    Job Summary
    The Executive Programs Marketing Operations Manager drives targeted engagement for Autodesk’s executive audiences. This role activates multi-channel programs, strengthens customer relationships, and aligns tightly with Sales and Leadership to support Autodesk’s strategic priorities. The ideal candidate brings strong campaign execution, audience strategy expertise, and a values-driven approach aligned to Autodesk’s One ORBIT culture.


    Responsibilities

    • Own end-to-end program operations, including data governance, reporting frameworks, workflow design, and systems that enable scalable execution across the Global Executive Engagement portfolio

    • Build and maintain dashboards that surface program performance, pipeline impact, budget pacing, nomination flow, and field participation. Translate insights into clear recommendations that improve effectiveness and resource allocation

    • Manage budget tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation across programs. Monitor spend to plan, identify efficiencies, and guide investment decisions

    • Drive the audience strategy for all executive programs, including segmentation, targeting criteria, account prioritization, and nomination allocation models in partnership with Sales, Leadership, and Field Marketing

    • Support field enablement to ensure teams understand program value, eligibility, nomination paths, and expected outcomes. Deliver tools, guidance, and communications that increase field adoption and program pull-through

    • Oversee centralized nomination intake, routing, and approvals. Improve accuracy, transparency, and speed using operational best practices and standardized processes

    • Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned to business priorities. Test audience segments, channels, and content to increase performance and reduce operational friction

    • Measure program engagement end-to-end. Report on conversions, cost-per-engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI to drive continuous optimization

    • Identify cross-program opportunities to streamline workflows, consolidate tools, reduce duplication, and improve resource leverage

    • Partner with Sales and Leadership to ensure visibility, collaboration, and accurate forecasting across executive audience efforts

    • Demonstrate strong analytical, operational, and collaboration skills while modeling Autodesk’s One ORBIT values in every interaction

    • Execute digital, direct mail, and event-based campaigns to engage executive audiences and deepen customer relationships

    • Design and launch marketing strategies aligned to business priorities with a focus on personalization and segmentation

    • Measure program performance, optimize for ROI, and manage post-engagement communications to drive ongoing customer momentum

    • Lead audience acquisition and targeting across the Executive Engagement portfolio in partnership with Sales and Leadership

    • Own field alignment, budget planning, and operational coordination across regions, industries, and customer segments

    • Deliver executive-level reporting and surface insights that improve program effectiveness and inform strategic decisions

    • Demonstrate Autodesk’s One ORBIT values—Optimistic, Relentless, Brave, Ingenious, Trusted—in every interaction

    • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret results and optimize for ROI

    • Proven cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales and Leadership teams

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

    • 5+ years of B2B or executive-level marketing operations experience in campaigns, programs, or customer engagement

    • Experience with segmentation, personalization, and integrated marketing strategies

    • Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills

    • Ability to work independently while modeling One ORBIT behaviors

    Salary transparency

    Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $78,000 and $140,360. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
