If you are excited about this opportunity but do not meet every single requirement, please apply! You still may be a great fit for this role or other open roles. We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.

Skills and Competencies

  • 4–7 years of program/project management experience in software is required, with at least 2 years managing large, complex SaaS programs across multiple teams to ensure you can lead full-system delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience managing programs end-to-end (from discovery/concept through build, test, launch, and stabilization) is essential for owning the entire delivery lifecycle.
  • A strong understanding of full-system SaaS delivery, including release management, deployment strategies (e.g., feature flags), reliability, and operations is required to navigate technical complexities.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution involving Engineering, Product, and adjacent stakeholders (e.g., Security, Compliance, Support, GTM) is critical for driving alignment.
  • Strong competency in scope, schedule, dependency, and risk management is necessary to drive tradeoffs, make decisions, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Experience with Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and the ability to operate effectively across mixed methodologies is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating executive-ready updates and facilitating crisp, productive meetings.
  • Proficiency with Jira/Confluence (or equivalent) and other planning/reporting tools is required.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations (SSO/SAML, APIs), data migrations, or platform modernization efforts is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools—such as Copilot and ChatGPT—can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  • Certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe) are a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in technical field.

Responsibilities Lead full-system SaaS programs from concept through launch and post-launch stabilization.

  • Own program delivery from concept to launch by supporting discovery, defining program scope and milestones, and driving execution through release and stabilization.
  • Translate product vision into an integrated plan by aligning roadmap intent with technical architecture, dependencies, and capacity across all teams.
  • Drive full-system coordination by managing workstreams across Engineering, Product, UX/Research, Data/Platform, Security, Legal/Compliance, Customer Success, Support, and GTM.
  • Establish and run the program’s operating cadence, including standups, execution reviews, dependency syncs, and launch readiness checkpoints.
  • Own dependency and critical-path management by identifying cross-team issues early, driving resolutions, and maintaining a clear line-of-sight to milestones.
  • Manage risk and change by proactively surfacing issues, quantifying impacts, proposing mitigation options, and escalating with recommended decisions.
  • Lead launch readiness and go-live activities, ensuring test strategy coverage, release criteria, security approvals, and support readiness are all in place.
  • Continuously improve execution systems by introducing scalable templates, playbooks, and dashboards for planning, reporting, and delivery predictability.
