To provide interns with a comprehensive understanding of Customer Success Management (CSM), equipping them with the skills and knowledge to contribute effectively to customer retention and satisfaction

What You Will Do:

• Understanding the definition and importance of Customer Success.
• Stages of the customer journey (Awareness, Consideration, Decision, Retention, Advocacy).
• High level of services Collins supports
• Internal process and controls
• Gathering and analyzing customer feedback.

What You Will Learn:

• Identify customer pain points through KPI’s
• Learn how to develop customer relationships
• How to respond to adversity, when things don’t go well
• Analyzing customer data to identify trends and insights.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer:

• SmarSheet experience is preferred
• Avionics experience preferred

The salary range for this role is - . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
