Position Overview
Autodesk is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with, natural sales instincts and strong ethical values to lead our office-based sales team of Territory Sales Representatives (TSRs). Your primary focus will be on leading, coaching and developing your team to over-achieve sales targets, excel in customer satisfaction, and reach new heights of professional development. We are looking for someone passionate about helping others grow their sales career, courageous and someone thinks as a founder. You will report to Director of Inside Sales based in Barcelona.
We are offering a hybrid workplace model where you can choose to work from home or the office.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train and develop a team of Territory Sales Representatives (TSRs) managing DACH as markets
- Attain and surpass targets
- Inspire individuals and talents to exceed their sales objectives through coaching on deals, sales and product skills training, and inspiring mission-oriented leadership
- Collaborate closely with a diverse team of professionals (from License Compliance, Technical Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, to Client Services, etc.) to ensure impeccable customer experiences and a successful expansion strategy
- Develop and utilize relationships with channel partners to enhance overall territory performance and surpass customer expectations
- Report on team and individual results: pipeline, conversion rates, and billings attainment
- Work with internal sales operations partners on analysis, identifying and suggesting improvements in sales productivity
- Develop your Reps into sales-ready professionals for the next step in their careers
- Foster a purposeful environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of experience managing individuals to achieve performance goals within an office-based sales team
- Extensive and proven sales experience in enterprise applications, with a experience exceeding quota expectations
- Experience in establishing communication and engagement with prospects
- Strong metrics and analytical orientation
- Guide to continuously develop talent through on-the-job coaching, and leading by example
- Proficiency in English and German
