In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 8 years of professional experience involving hand-on experience with data processing (data ETL), statistical model development, data visualizations, with demonstrated capabilities in one or more programming languages such as Python
Demonstrates extensive level of abilities with and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs:
- Working with statistical analysis and modeling, natural language processing, and data analysis workflows, and data visualization tools;
- Applying analytical techniques in solving business problems such as pricing optimization, risk scoring, collection modeling;
- Developing and implementing quality controls and standards to provide data integrity and quality;
- Interpreting problems, synthesizing analysis, and developing management presentation and presenting information in a way that is understandable to a non-technical stakeholder(s);
- Working experience with banking products and services (e.g., deposit and loan portfolio management, underwriting, pricing, collection and servicing);
- Identifying and addressing client needs, building relationships with clients, developing requests for information, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor;
- Researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry and technical matters, utilizing ability in problem-solving;
- Leading teams to identify and assess risks and/or opportunities for improvement in banking processes;
- Identifying or designing business processes and technology controls as a subject matter specialist;
- Prioritizing and handling multiple tasks;
- Participating in client discussions and meetings actively;
- Communicating a broad range of offered consulting services;
- Managing workstream(s) or small team engagements; and,
- Preparing documents, including utilizing PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project to write and deliver proposals to prospective clients.

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
