Introduction to the team

As a Senior Product Manager for the Pricing and Inventory team, you will orchestrate the development of cutting-edge travel products, harmonizing innovative solutions with user needs to solidify the company's market leadership. You'll build the product vision, integrate AI/ML advancements and lead cross-functional efforts to actualize a data-informed, partner- and customer-centric product strategy. Your expertise will drive the creation of strategic roadmaps, foster influential stakeholder relationships, and elevate the travel experience through meticulous execution and visionary leadership.

In this role, you will:

  • Owns crafting the vision for the holistic Inventory & Pricing product and roadmap while demonstrating the ability to convincingly communicate & defend the narrative to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner based on data and KPIs while driving to production

  • Leads initiatives to implement AI/ML solutions with deep knowledge in one or more model areas. Facilitates discussion and knowledge transfer between business and technical teams regarding technical feasibility and tradeoffs when ideating new products powered by AI/ML.

  • Demonstrates the ability to identify, influence, and motivate key stakeholders across product teams, and leverages advanced research methodologies to provide strategic insights that impact product decisions

  • Identifies and creates new opportunities to improve the Inventory and Pricing product in order to optimize the customer experience and grow EG value, demonstrating the ability to size a product opportunity and build financial valuations

  • Sets product metrics to align with the product vision and is accountable for individual and team performance, guiding the team in advanced data analysis

  • Proven product skilled set - skilled in storytelling, persuasion, negotiation, conflict resolution and driving organizational alignment and strategic product leadership through communication while leading end-to-end product development from ideation to launch

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in product management, technical program management, or a related discipline

  • Demonstrated experience owning product strategy and execution across multiple services or domains

  • Proven track record of delivering technical products at scale, including defining requirements and managing cross-functional delivery

  • Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience taking products from concept to scaled adoption

  • Experience with large-scale system or API design, data modeling, and integrating AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve outcomes

  • Success leading product initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders, with background in Pricing or Inventory strategy or systems a plus

  • Operational excellence in product delivery, including risk management, quality assurance, and ongoing optimization

  • Advanced proficiency in leveraging data analytics and experimentation to inform product decisions and drive measurable results

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $173,000.00 to $242,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $277,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
