Narratize is seeking an AI Engineer to join our team and drive innovation by developing generative AI solutions that enhance our platform and support custom client integrations.

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement generative AI solutions to transform platform capabilities and client experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and drive organizational innovation
• Deploy and optimize AI models in production environments, ensuring scalability and performance
• Explore and integrate new generative AI technologies, frameworks, and libraries to expand capabilities
• Align technical development with company mission, vision, and strategic plan
• Contribute to the AI community through publications, open-source projects, or knowledge sharing
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on AI best practices
• Monitor and optimize AI model performance in production

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Have a track record of successful AI projects or contributions to the AI community (publications, open-source projects, etc.)
• Possess strong expertise in generative AI technologies, frameworks, and libraries
• Are proficient in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Have experience deploying AI models to production environments
• Excel at problem-solving and can adapt to changing project requirements
• Communicate and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
• Are self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects independently
• Have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) (a plus)
• Have knowledge of LLMs and transformer architectures (highly desirable)
